Through the practice, I have experienced how love can make everything happen.  Love can transform people’s hearts. Love can dissolve hate.  Love can affect the environment.

Unconditional love is the best medicine and the highest power. I have learned that the true purpose of man’s life is to learn to love and give love.

It is this purpose that Sheng Zhen Gong serves, because in this qigong, love and qi are never separate.

No matter how beautiful or repulsive the world appears to be, you must strive to find its essence.  The only thing that man can really acquire in this life is an inner awakening.

When man opens his heart and strives towards enlightenment, he finds the true meaning of life.  The purpose of his existence unfolds

  --- Master Li Junfeng
