Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong 

One, Two and Three

 

On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, we will learn Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong. This is a powerful series of graceful, healing movements, all done while sitting in a chair.  There are three parts to Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong:

Part One:  The Gathering of Healing Qi from the Universe  (Saturday)

Part Two:  The Processing of Qi in the Human Stove (Sunday)

Part Three: The Alchemy Frees the Source Within

  

 

SHENG ZHEN HEALING QIGONG is one of the forms of qigong that is part of the Sheng Zhen practices.  Like the other forms, it is guided by the spirit of Sheng Zhen, the spirit of unconditional love, the highest, most sacred truth.

 

Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong is an integration of all spiritual healing traditions, using the power of Nature to heal oneself.  What is the essence of the practice?  Through the practice, the power from Nature reveals the original state that abides in every human being. Although the main medical argument for Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong is that it allows the qi to directly enter and benefit the blood in the human body, bypassing the meridians, the underlying purpose of this practice is to experience the opening of the heart and the stillness of the mind -- to experience Sheng Zhen.

 

Man lives in the universe.  Because he is of the universe, to be well, he has to experience  himself as being merged with the universe, being one with all, living in the state of flow.  The key to this state is the heart.  Qi is guided by the heart.  It is only with the experience of an open heart and a purified spirit that the heart can merge with the universe.  Guided by the heart, with qi in one’s body having a non-ending exchange and interflow of qi with that in the universe, the body’s polluted qi and ailing qi can be eliminated, restoring the body’s natural immunity.  The body can become balanced and the internal organs can function normally.
